Spanki spent many years hiding behind the mask of perfection. Dredging through the channels of “safety”, creating a huge disconnect between herself and her art. She realized playing by the rules, she was cheating her own creative voice and more so, the souls she was photographing. With time and a lot of painful self discovery, she began navigating her way through how she saw and FELT the world to the way she portrayed that through her lens.
